ISUZU AFTER SALES POLICY
The Isuzu After Sales Policy encourages better business activities at Isuzu Service Shops, which act as points of contact with the customer, compiling basic activities that should be performed at all Isuzu Service Shops around the world. It consists of 26 items in 6 areas: our Customer Retention Program, the Parts division, Human Resources, the Education entity, Vehicle Quality Assurance, and our various Facilities. We are confident that by implementing this After Sales Policy, we will be able to provide customers with a satisfactory level of repair and maintenance that will ensure our customers always choose the Isuzu brand.
