ISUZU MOTORS INTERNATIONAL FZE (IIF) conducted training programs to make sure that ISUZU service team will have the highest skill levels and knowledge to increase the customer satisfaction level of west African countries
This training was held in Koncept Auto Centre Training Centre, Lagos, Nigeria to 4 West African Countries: Togo, Senegal, Cameroon and Nigeria during 3 successful days.
Training included Technical & Product Training, Customer retention & expansion, Vehicle walk around check role play, Vehicle Receiving procedure, Telephone skills, Vehicle Delivery procedure and communication skills and more.
